I am Christie and I have worked with my team for over 5 years. I work closely with the rest of the Researcher Relations and Researcher Support Team, overseeing all of Prospect Solution’s effective output and responsible for the delegation of brief jobs to over 3,000 researchers. Christie adds zest to her tight work schedule with regular yoga and swimming activities.
I am David, I am sure most of our long term researchers have spoken to me. Although I do not go on the phone as much as before, I still keep myself updated with all of your progress. I now over see all of our researchers’ accounts to keep our system active and up to date. I love my work, but when I am not working I spend a lot of the time reading, and I have just got myself a gadget toy e-book Kindle.
I am Lisa and this is my third year working with you. I have been working closely with our researchers for three years. When you call our office, you are most likely to speak with me. I make sure that our researchers are getting the assistance they need when they need it. I look forward to weekends playing football with my friends or trying out some new extreme sports.
I am Isabel and I lead the researcher support team. Having completed a Master’s Degree in Literature, I find pleasure in dealing with our researchers as they undertake the step by step process of completing a brief. I facilitate the Researcher Support Team ensuring an effective exchange of information between researchers and clients. My ideal day is reading a good book or taking a lazy stroll in Roundhay Park.
I am Maria, I joined the team at the beginning of 2009. I am tasked to address and provide immediate solution to researchers’ concerns through email correspondence. My past experience in customer service and excellent work ethic ensure that our researchers get the immediate support they need.
Hi guys, my name is Bernadette, I am the newest member of the Researcher Support Team. I am responsible for supporting our new researchers making sure that they are familiar with Prospect Solution’s work culture. Part of my task is to assist our Researcher Relations Manager and to ensure that amended briefs are returned on time.
I am Andrew, I had been teaching for 20years, I joined the Prospect Solution team in 2007. I work with the whole quality control team to make sure all briefs are returned on time, and to give final comments to all completed projects.
The Rest of the QA team are made up of 6 dedicated members who all have a strong background in the English language, we read and check over 120,000 words per day.
